2008
Ian Westlake, Seb Carole and Tresor Kandol were all included in the Leeds reserves 'mini-tour' to Hereford and Newport.

Leeds Reserves Squad: Lund, Edwards, Kandol, Sorsa, Weston, Westlake, Carole, Hotchkiss, Cartman, Ovington, Wilkinson, Webber, Darville, Elliott, Milne, Falkingham, Hatfield, White.

2009
A Leeds team made up mainly of youngsters lose 2-0 at Forest Green Rovers.

The only recognised players to be involved were Paul Huntington and Alan Sheehan. Leeds also included two trialists Tom Beane and Davide Somma.

Rovers won the game with a goal either side of half time, Steve Davies opened the scoring and Mark Preece doubled the lead to give the Blue Square conference side victory in atrocious conditions.

2010
Leeds make their seventh signing of the summer with defender Alex Bruce signing on a two year deal from Ipswich Town.

2011
Leeds United were priced out of any move for Coventry City midfielder Sammy Clingan.

Leeds had been linked with the Coventry captain over the past few weeks but Coventry chairman Ken Dulieu stressing the club would only accept a 'ridiculous` offer.

Dulieu speaking in the Coventry Telegraph at the time said, 'If someone tried to get him on the cheap I would have to put an argument to the shareholders saying it would be madness to lose this guy.
'I am not saying that I am not going to trade, because if there is a clever trade to do I promise you I will do it.'
