LUFC Warnock confirms Snoddy on the way

Leeds United boss Neil Warnock has confirmed that Robert Snodgrass is no longer in Cornwall with the squad.

Sky Sports reported this morning that Leeds had agreed a fee with Norwich City for the winger and Warnock now says the player is on his way to speak to a Premier League side.

"Speaking on the offical website, Warnock said,"He`s made it clear what he wants to do and he`s had his head turned. He wants to play in the Premier League. He believes his Scotland international career may be better served in the Premier League, but I`m not so sure.

"The club is in the process of due diligence and there is not a lot concrete we can say to him, plus he has seen it all before over the past few years. But I am still disappointed. Very disappointed but life moves on though."

Norwich had their initial offer turned down for Snodgrass last week but it is reported that they came back with an improved bid towards the end of last week, which has now been accepted by the club.

Part of me is saying ***** Snodgrass make him stop, Leeds don't have to let him go. If the take over is round the corner then hopfully the good times may start to roll again. But having said that I wouldnt want him stopping if his hart was not in it. I am dissapointed, as reading Warnocks comments it sounds like he has made his mind up, he obivously want to join his bum chums over at Norwich. Having said that Warnock said a while back that any transfre's coming or going have to be run by the new owners as well as the old. So all the big knobs must be OK with him going. If they could have pulled out their fingers with this so called take over then It may not have come to this!!!!!!

It's not the end of the world good luck to him but I'll enjoy waving to him as we go up and Norwich go down at the end of next season though!!!!
