2006

Leeds decided against offering former Newcastle man Robbie Elliott a contract at Elland Road.

The defender had been on trial at Thorp Arch and played in the defeat to Hartlepool on the Saturday.

2008
Leeds complete the signing of Robert Snodgrass from Livingston. Snodgrass is wanted by a number of clubs but said the move was a dream come true after completing the move. Speaking on the official website at the time, Snodgrass said, 'This move is a dream come true.'

'There were a few other clubs from the south that were interested, but this is a club of big stature.

'Over the years a lot of Scots have done well here, and I want to try and get to the next level now.'

Striker Anthony Elding departs Leeds and joins Crewe Alexandra.

2011
The deal to bring goalkeeper Andy Lonergan looks to be back on. Leeds and Preston have agreed on a deal to bring Lonergan to Elland Road and the deal is expected to be completed in the coming days.
