LUFC Massive month ahead for Leeds

LUFC Massive month ahead for Leeds

It is probably not an understatement when I say, July could be one of the most important months in the clubs history.

The takeover of the club seems now a matter of when and not if. Finally, the end of seven years under the stewardship of Ken Bates will be coming to an end. Do not forget though, he told us, he saved us twice.

The transfer window officially opens today and with hopefully a major investment coming into the club, we might start to look in a better shop window than Matalan`s.

Neil Warnock is sure to be busy with both players coming in and going out. Adam Drury and Paul Green officially become players of Leeds United today whilst Aidy White is free to find another club after coming to the end of his contract.

Warnock will be looking to offload those on the transfer list. Can we get rid of Billy Paynter, Ramon Nunez, Paul Connolly, Andy O`Brien and Adam Clayton who are all on the transfer list?

Probably one of the biggest signings we are still waiting to hear is, will Robert Snodgrass sign a new deal? Surely, the dealings in the transfer market this month will make up the mind of the Leeds skipper.

Leeds players return for pre-season training on the 11th of July as they build up to the new season starting in August. The fans have the tour of Devon and Cornwall to look forward to towards the end of the month.

It is all going to be happening, so if you are not already a member of Vital Leeds then why don`t you follow the link below to join in.
