Neil Warnock has confirmed that he will be taking his Leeds United side to Cornwall and Scandinavia as part of his pre-season build up.
Warnock did not say when or who their opponents will be, but he said they will be spending five days in Cornwall training and fans will be welcome to watch and they will be going to Scandinavia to play one game.
The Leeds boss was a guest for one hour on Yorkshire Radio on Friday evening alongside Leeds legend Eddie Gray and as well as talking about the two trips he is hoping to sort out the rest of pre-season in the next couple of weeks.
Speaking on the show, Warnock said, "I have organised the sunshine to come out in Cornwall for five days. I know we are also going to Scandinavia for one game.
"I will sit down with Shaun in the early part of next week and finalise pre-season and then we can put it out so that people can organise their holidays.
"We go down to Cornwall around ten days after we return to training.
"Where we train, at the Duchy College, fans will be welcome to come and watch us train.
"It gives the fans an opportunity to meet the players and get autographs and the fans gelling with the new players."
Leeds have also said that their final pre-season friendly will be on Friday August 10th at Elland Road against an unnamed Premier League side.
The Championship season kicks off the following week on August 18th but Leeds could be in Carling Cup action in the midweek before the season starts should they finish the season in the bottom half of the championship.
Leeds are currently 13th and play Leicester City in their final game on Saturday knowing a win would take them above Leicester and a top half of the table finish.
