Warnock - Determined to bring success to the fans

Leeds United boss Neil Warnock says he is even more determined to bring the Leeds fans success because of the support they have given him since his arrival.

Warnock has talked about the passion of the Leeds fans and the support since his arrival in February and he has often commented, 'he wonders what they will be like if they see a winning team?`

The former Sheffield United boss was never a fans favourite on his visits to Elland Road during his long managerial career but the fans have taken to him since his arrival and Warnock is determined to get things right.

Speaking on Yorkshire Radio, Warnock said, "You saw the fans at Cardiff. When I went over to them with the players, I told the players to throw them their shirts with it being the last away game.

They have been supportive of me and I like things like that. It makes me even more determined to give them something to shout about next season."

Leeds fans will be happy to see the end of this season when they entertain Leicester City next weekend and look forward to the rebuilding job promised by Neil Warnock in the summer.

Leeds have already sold over 24,000 tickets for the game with Leicester as they bring down the curtain on a disappointing second season back in the championship.

Do you think Neil Warnock will lead us to promotion next season?
