LUFC Premier League referee in charge at Cardiff
Experienced Premier League official Mark Halsey will be the man in charge when Leeds United travel to Cardiff City on Saturday lunchtime.
The Lancashire official has taken charge of 28 games so far this season showing 64 yellow cards (2.28 per game) and no reds.
He was in charge of Cardiff in February when they were beaten 2-1 at Leicester City.
His last game in charge of Leeds was in their promotion season of 2009/10 when they won 3-1 at Carlisle United in April in what was only his third game back after winning his fight against cancer.
The 50 year old is one of the more consistent officials in the Premier League having been on the national list since 1997.

I actually think Mark Halsey is one of the best. Only averaging just over 2 yellow cards and yet to show a red this season is some record.
