Leeds United captain Robert Snodgrass says the players will have to roll their sleeves up and stand up and be counted at Millwall on Saturday.
Following the heavy defeat to Nottingham Forest in midweek, Snodgrass says the trip to the New Den will be a battle.
Speaking on Yorkshire Radio, Snodgrass said,"Things don`t get any easier do they. We are going down to Millwall and what a battle that will be.
"We need to roll our sleeves up and stand up and be counted."
Snodgrass will be hoping for a repeat of the game when the two sides met at Elland Road in December.
The Scotland international scored both goals has Leeds beat Millwall 2-0.
With just eight games remaining this season, Leeds desperately need three points from this game if they are to keep alive their fading play-off hopes.
Leeds are six points outside the play-off places having picked up just six points in six games since the arrival of Neil Warnock as manager.
Millwall will come into the game buoyed after beating relegation rivals Doncaster Rovers 3-0 at the Keepmoat in midweek.
They have failed to win any of their last seven championship home games, going back to December.
In their last home game last weekend, they came close to defeating league leaders Southampton. They led with just five minutes remaining but two penalties from the championships leading goalscorer condemned them to a defeat.
