LUFC Leeds youngster out on loan

Leeds United youngster Sanchez Payne has joined non-league Buxton FC on loan for the remainder of the season.

The 19-year-old midfielder has joined Buxton in the Evo-Stik Northern Premier League to gain some first team experience.

Payne has come through the clubs academy system and he was a regular in the under 18`s side during the 2009/10 and 2010/11 seasons.

He made his debut for the reserves in the 2009/10 season and scored his first goal for the club in the game at Bradford City.

With Leeds ended their participation in the reserve league, games have been at a premium this season.

Payne had a short trial at Lincoln City over the festive period before returning to Elland Road.

He made his debut for Buxton on Monday night when he started in their 3-1 defeat by Bradford Park Avenue.

Buxton are currently second bottom of the Northern Premier League with ten games remaining.
