LUFC Warnock on injury news

Leeds United boss Neil Warnock gives us the latest injury news from Elland Road.

Aidy White will return to full training on Saturday ahead of the game at Middlesbrough on Sunday and Warnock is not ruling out the versatile youngster.

Whilst he feels White has a good chance of a return in the game he doesn`t expect defenders Leigh Bromby or Alex Bruce to be ready for the game.

Speaking on Yorkshire Radio, Warnock said, "Aidy White will train fully on Saturday after he had been doing light work.

"Alex Bruce and Leigh Bromby are back in training but not fully, but I would not write Aidy off just yet."

Andy O`Brien has not featured for Leeds since November and Warnock says the player is still a couple of weeks away from a possible return. "Andy O`Brien still needs a few weeks. There was supposed to be a friendly game this week but we had to put that off. I am waiting for the physio to tell me when he is ready and he told me he is not ready yet," continued Warnock.

American international Robbie Rogers has not been seen since being stretchered off with concussion in the game with Doncaster Rovers last month and Warnock is hoping he is ready for a return to action. "I am hoping Robbie Rogers will resume training again. He has taken a little longer than we thought it would," added the Leeds boss.

Warnock made no mention of Patrick Kisnorbo or Davide Somma who are both out for the season with long-term injuries.
