LUFC Yorkshire official in charge of Boro clash

Carl Boyeson will be the man in charge of the live TV clash between Middlesbrough and Leeds United at the Riverside on Sunday.

The East Yorkshire official 27 games so far this season, showing 66 yellow cards (2.44 per game) and 6 reds.

His last game in charge of Middlesbrough was earlier this season when they beat Derby County 2-0 at the Riverside in October.

This will be the first time he has taken charge of Leeds since February 2010 when they drew 1-1 with Brighton and Hove Albion at Elland Road in a game where he sent off Adam Virgo for the visitors.

His only other game to date in charge of Leeds was the previous season, when they beat Brighton 3-1 at Elland Road in a game where he booked 8 players.
