LUFC Leeds to make winning start under Warnock?

Leeds United are favourites to get Neil Warnock`s managerial reign of at Elland Road to a winning start at Portsmouth today.

Ladbrokes have Leeds at 5/4 to claim all three points having been 6/4 earlier in the week.

Crisis club Portsmouth are down to the bare bones this afternoon and are struggling to name more than three substitutes.

Their ten-point deduction recently now sees them in a relegation scrap and they are 2/1 to keep the points at Fratton Park.

A draw would do little for Leeds slim play off hopes and it is 23/10 on a repeat of last season.

Luciano Becchio and Ross McCormack are the form strikers in the championship at the moment having scored seven goals between them in Leeds last six games. The pair are both 5/1 to open the scoring.

Danny Pugh hasn`t scored for Leeds since the game between the two clubs at Elland Road in October and he is 25/1 to score first.

Marko Futacs is now under pressure to score the goals after losing leading goalscorer Erik Huseklepp to Birmingham City in midweek and fellow striker Dave Kitson is suspended.

Futacs is 7/1 to open the scoring.

Joel Ward opened the scoring in the corresponding fixture last season and he is 16/1 to score first.
