Bates on Warnock - We both say what we think

Leeds United chairman Ken Bates says he can see no problems in a working relationship with new manager Neil Warnock.

Both are known for not beating around the bush when it comes to making comments and Bates says that pair will not skirt around situations and will talk in an open and honest manner.

Speaking on Yorkshire Radio, Bates said, "We don`t waste time skirting around matters, we tackle problems in an open and honest way and it is much better than skirting round situations, that takes much longer and sometimes there are misunderstandings.

"We say what we think and sometimes that makes you controversial. We say what we think and say it as it is."
