Tiny T gives us his usual Leeds United fans view from the game at Elland Road.
This time it is after another disappointing home defeat, this time at the hands of Brighton and Hove Albion.
Lonergan 5
A couple of regulation saves but at fault for the second goal and possibly the first as well as he did not seem to move to collect a ball delivered in. His distribution was slow and wayward at times.
Smith 7
He looks a useful prospect. Calm in defence and got forward to support Snodgrass.
Lees 5
Decent enough first half but seems to lose concentration at critical times. He needs a talker alongside him to bring him on.
O'Dea 5
Again, lost concentration and we paid for it. His idea of a pass is to hoof it. How is he an international player?
Pugh 4
All at sea and beaten easily by the winger for pace, not a left back.
Snodgrass 7
Good first half but well marked in the second half. He tries to be too tricky at times and is a little greedy with players in support. He cannot do everything.
Clayton 6
Good first hour but as Brighton got stronger he went missing.
Delph 7 Star man
Fought hard all game, but started to struggle when Clayton went missing leaving him a lot of ground to cover. He had the opportunity to shoot on occasions but passed instead.
White 4
He was not at the races and strangely off the pace.
McCormack 6
Busy performance but picked up a knock late on and looked to be limping.
Becchio 6
A hard working display and a good goal. He could have had a second at the back post.
Subs
Townsend
He should have come on much earlier
Nunez - Not on long enough
Summary
Naive management by Redfearn, who should have made a substitution on the hour mark, as I would have taken off Pugh and moved White to left back and put Townsend on the left. We had no impetus on that side of the field most of the game.
The defence went to sleep twice and they scored, the keeper takes the blame for the second and he should possibly have come for the first.
Worrying thing is that Delph sounds like he is on his way back to Villa. After the game, he walked around all sides of the ground applauding the fans. Our options are limited Brown, Vayrynen or even worse.
The Ref yet again, another poor one, did not give a Penalty in the first half on McCormack. The decisions seemed to go against us and with his assistants, they need to go to Specsavers.
Looking forward, a chance to put things right at Coventry City on Tuesday night.
McCormack took a knock and could be a doubt and we are limited up front.
