LUFC Market movers in race to be new Leeds boss

LUFC Market movers in race to be new Leeds boss

It has been three days now since the sacking of Simon Grayson at Leeds United and the bookmakers still have no idea of who the next Leeds manager will be.

When the book opened following his sacking, all the early money was on Neil Warnock to taking over, with his odds slashed to as short as 1/4 on at one stage.

Since then he has drifted in the market and is now around 7/2 second favourite.

There has been a rush of money for Huddersfield Town boss Lee Clark.

Clark has come in from around 10/1 to 5/6 on with Sky Bet.

Norwich City boss Paul Lambert has surprisingly been linked this week. The canaries boss has led the club to back-to-back promotions and he is as short as 8/1 with Sky Bet.

One of the early favourites, Roberto Di Matteo has seen his odds drift and he is now generally around 12/1, although Sky Bet have him at just 8/1.

Steve Bruce is generally between 10-12/1 but Ladbrokes have him as short as 3/1.

Betting - Shortest price (The prices in brackets are their odds following the sacking of Grayson)

Lee Clark 5/6 Sky Bet (10/1 Stan James)
Neil Warnock 11/4 Ladbrokes (1/4 Ladbrokes)
