LUFC Former defender finds new club

Former Leeds United defender Richard Naylor has signed for Rotherham United.

The 34 year old has signed for the Millers until the end of the season after having a trial with the League Two side.

Naylor was released by Leeds in the summer after two and a half years at Elland Road.

The defender was Simon Grayson`s first signing at Elland Road making 76 appearances for the club and he was club captain as the side won promotion from League One in 2010.

Naylor signed for Doncaster Rovers in the summer until January and he made 15 appearances before suffering a broken finger in the defeat at Barnsley in November, which proved to be his last appearance for Rovers as he was released at the end of his contract at the start of this month.

Great news! Good luck to him. And a better leader than we've got at ER at the moment. He'll be okay as long as he doesn't have to run about. lol.
