LUFC Snoddy out after operation
Leeds United midfielder Robert Snodgrass will be sidelined after undergoing an operation on his appendix on Thursday.
Leeds boss Simon Grayson is putting no timescale on the length of time Snodgrass will be on the sidelines.
Snodgrass has been looking back to his best recently and netted seven times in eight games to keep Leeds in the play-off hunt.
The news will come as a blow to Leeds manager Simon Grayson who is hoping to resurrect Leeds faltering promotion push having picked up just one point from their last three games.

Maybe the midfield will now start to think instead of delivering high hospital balls to Snodgrass al the time. Stick Nunez in the middle and give him lots of ball and lets see what he can do. Being a South American if they keep steaming in on him he will have half the team booked in 10 minutes flat.
