Chelsea increase youngsters value

So Chelsea come in and tap-up some youngsters, Ken Bates reports them for it, and what do they do?

Give one of the kids involved a first-team debut, increasing his value by god knows how much and proving to the footballing authorities that they've taken an extremely tallented youngster off our hands for nothing.

Kind of silly really! hopefully it'll come back and bite them when the compensation package they have to pay Leeds is increased due to the fact Woods has now played first-team football.

Woods came on as a late substitute during Chelsea's 1-0 friendly win over Feyenoord.

I know it was only a few minutes of a friendly, but then thats beside the point.

indeed, they shouldnt get away with it. but hitting them with a fine wouldnt make no difference what so ever

i know, but then we kinda need the money too

Laughable. Like Bates, someone here has already said a fine would not be enough, because of the Chelsea owner's wealth. So I suppose we should now adjust parking fines too. If your next door neighbour is less wealthy than you, he should obviously pay much less for his parking tickets than you do. And if the bloke is rich, he should be judged guilty of any crime before he's even had the opportunity to answer the charges. Like the charges made by Bates, a man whose CV includes running barbed wire around Stamford Bridge and being stopped by the council from running current through the electric fences he actually erected and wasted money on. Enjoy another season in the netherworld.

Green Giant is so gargantuan, he can even turn one simple word into three through his massive strength of intellect. What. So. Ever. Terrific stuff.

As always one rule for Chelski and another for the rest of us!

well now Chelsea have lodged a complaint with the FA over these allegations claiming Bates and Leeds are bringing the game into disrepute and over the words Bates used to make these claims, calling the Chelsea directors "a bunch of shysters from Siberia”, which breaks the rule E4 - which prohibits rude, insulting and inappropriate comments being made about other club owners, chairmen and personnel.
