LUFC Derby v Leeds Form Guide

Vital Leeds looks at the form of both Derby County and Leeds United going into the game at Pride Park on Boxing Day.

Derby

The rams are struggling in the championship after a promising start to the season.

They have won just one of their last eight games and were beaten 1-0 at Ipswich Town last time out.

Their only win in their last eight games came in their last home game when they beat Bristol City 2-1.

Their opening goal against Bristol City was their first at home in 391 minutes of football.

So far this season at Pride Park, they have won five, drawn two and lost four.

Theo Robinson is the leading goalscorer for Derby so far this season having netted six times.

Derby are currently in 16th place in the championship with 28 points from 22 games.

Leeds
The whites come into this game on the game of a disappointing 1-0 home defeat by Reading last time out.

Last time out on their travels, a Robert Snodgrass penalty deep into stoppage time salvaged a point for Leeds in a 1-1 draw at Watford.

So far this season away from home, Leeds have won five, drawn three and lost three.

They have lost just one of their last eight away games and only West Ham, Middlesbrough and Burnley have won more games away from home so far this season.

Robert Snodgrass has netted four times in Leeds last three away games, scoring twice at Burnley and once at Nottingham Forest and Watford.

Leeds are currently in 6th place with 35 points from 22 games.
