Leeds United boss Simon Grayson has updated how the players on the treatment table are doing.
Jonny Howson and Michael Brown became the latest players to join the injured list last weekend.
They are waiting for the swelling to go down on the knee injury sustained by Jonny Howson in last weekend`s win over Millwall before a specialist can assess him over the next few days.
Brown is rated as touch and go for the game at Watford due to the ankle injury sustained Against Millwall.
Leeds also have a number of players injured who are slowly returning to full fitness.
Vayrynen has been back in training for ten days and could be drafted into the squad at the weekend with Howson and Brown injured.
The striker has been out since pre-season after suffering a cruciate knee ligament injury.
Somma has had the all clear from the surgeon to up his training and he has started running again.
Grayson admits he is still a long way off joining in with first team training.
The defender has had a terrible run with injuries in the last two and a half seasons and he has returned to training with the first team in the last week.
The goalkeeper has now recovered from the broken finger sustained against Doncaster in October and he played in a behind closed doors friendly against Bradford last week. With on loan goalkeeper Alex McCarthy ending his loan after Saturday`s game with Watford, it is expected that Lonergan will return for the Reading game the following weekend.
