LUFC White - I want to sign for Leeds

Young Leeds United defender Aidan White says he wants to sign for Leeds and is hoping it can be sorted out in the near future.

White is in the final year of his current contract with the club and he is reported to have turned down the initial offer of a new contract from the club.

The 20 year old says he wants to remain with the whites and is hoping they can sort out a new deal in the near future.

Speaking on Yorkshire Radio, White said, "We are in the middle of negotiations at the moment. I just want to sign for Leeds, hopefully we can get something sorted as soon as we can."

White has enjoyed a successful season at Elland Road, making 19 starts and earning rave reviews on the left side for Leeds.
