LUFC Grayson - Top two the aim

Leeds United boss Simon Grayson believes the club can finish in the top two in the division despite some indifferent form recently.

Leeds won for the first time on Sunday 1-0 at Leicester, their first win in four games.

The win came just four days after equalling their worst ever home defeat in their history, when they were beaten 5-0 by Blackpool.

The win on Sunday moved Leeds back into seventh place and Grayson believes the club can finish higher and even in the top two automatic promotion places.

Speaking on the Leeds United official website, Grayson said, 'We're where we want to be and we're looking to go higher.
'I still think we can finish in the top two and when people write us off we come back in a positive manner.'

Leeds now have a two week break due to the international break. They then return with a live TV game at Burnley.

The Burnley game is followed by a home clash with Yorkshire neighbours Barnsley before travelling for a midweek clash at Nottingham Forest, all before the end of November.

Wise up and stop talking nonsense we are not good enough for the top 2, and by a long way. Our defence is not good enough and forwards are not consistant. In fact the midfield is nothing to write home about either. We are not consistant enough, we could win the next match and then get stuffed in the next few. The only reason we are in the postion outside the playoffs is the dips in form of others around us. The 2 at the top at the moment will get promoted. At best we will get into the payoffs but as per usual we will come up short. Sorry but that's Leeds United in a nutshell. One win and ev rythings ok again. O'S.

He's living in cuckoo land the squad hasn't enough depth or quality to mount a serious challenge
