LUFC Grayson more concerned about league points

Leeds face three games in six days with a clash against old rivals Manchester United sandwiched in the middle but boss Simon Grayson is more concerned with league points.

Speaking on Yorkshire Radio, Grayson said, "The most important games of the three are the ones against Bristol City and Brighton.
"We have a quick turn around in games, Manchester United will take care of itself but our main aim is to take six points from our two league games."

Leeds face Bristol City at Elland Road on Saturday, hoping to make it back to back wins for the first time this season after beating Crystal Palace last weekend.

Next up is the Carling Cup clash with Manchester United on Tuesday night before making the long trip down to early season pacesetters Brighton and Hove Albion on Friday night.

Don't care if we don't go any further imo...Look what happened the last time we beat! The scum we couldn't pay for a win! In the league after...

you're right iwa ... but do you remember the games before and after January 3rd (cos we remember the date ... we beat the team that we f... ) As a fan its all about memories and bragging rights - the points will be gone by end of April - the result lives on (we all remember beating the blades and the scousers doing us a favour to win the league - none of us remember the points total or the grind out games where we won the points - thats football)
