LUFC Former Premier League ref in charge

Former Premier League referee Andy D`Urso will be the man in charge when Leeds United travel to Ipswich Town on Saturday.

The Essex official has taken charge of 6 games so far this season showing 20 yellow cards (3.33 per game) and no reds.

Last season, he took charge of 35 games showing 92 yellow cards (2.62 per game) and 6 reds (1 every 5.83 games).

He took charge of Ipswich on two occasions last season. He was in charge of the 3-1 home defeat to Swansea City and the 7-0 thrashing at Chelsea in the FA Cup.

His only game in charge of Leeds last season was when they were beaten 2-1 at Cardiff City.

it will be more of a problem if game is fast paced as he cant keep up with the action so in last 15 mins of both halves he reverts to "action man eagle vision" and stops following the game on foot - problem is his eyes are 50 years old aswell
