LUFC Clayton - We want to win every game

Leeds United midfielder Adam Clayton says they will be going all out for a win at Doncaster Rovers in the Carling Cup this evening.

Clayton says Leeds will travel to the Keepmoat with their best available side and will be trying to defeat their Yorkshire neighbours. Speaking on Yorkshire Radio, Clayton said, "We want to win every game because we have some of the best fans in the world and they will want to win the game, so we will go there full strength and try and get the result.
"It was a derby in the last round and it was a very feisty affair, so I expect nothing different. Hopefully we can go their, play our football and get a good result."

Clayton has earned rave reviews already this season with a number of outstanding performances in the Leeds midfield.

On Sunday, he along with Jonny Howson stifled the West Ham United midfield that contained last seasons Premier League Football Writers Association, player of the season Scott Parker as well as Kevin Nolan and Mark Noble.

The game also saw Clayton notched his first goal in Leeds colours when he netted in the final minute of normal time to earn the side a 2-2 draw.
