'If It's Football, It's Vital'

LUFC Leeds a short price for a win

Despite last weekends poor display and scraping past Bradford in the Carling Cup in midweek, Leeds are still a short price for a win against Middlesbrough.

Vital football sponsors bwin.com have Leeds at just 21/20 to win their first home game of the season.

You can get 11/5 on both a draw and a Middlesbrough win.

If you fancy a correct score then Leeds are 7/2 (1-0), 35/4 (2-0) and 31/2 (2-1).

Last season it finished 1-1 thanks to a very late equaliser from Luciano Becchio. If you fancy a repeat then 21/4 is available.

Leeds defending as obviously not gone unnoticed by the bookmakers and Middlesbrough are almost 1/3 on, with them priced at 17/50 to score during the game.

Leeds to keep a clean sheet is priced at 14/5.

If you like your half time / full time bets then Leeds to be winning at half time and full time is 13/5.

Leeds like to concede first so if you fancy Leeds to be behind at half time, go on, and win the game then 20/1 is the price.

I don't have confidence on a Leeds win with the way we have played in our opening two games. I think it says it all when Middlesbrough are nearly 1-3 to score.
