Leeds put spotlight on youth again

Leeds put spotlight on youth again

Following the sale of Simon Walton to Charlton, Ben Parker seems to be getting a lot of press recently (especially from the official website).

Parker travelled with the first team to Norway and featured in the 2-2 draw with Sparta Sarpsborg. He also played the full 90 minutes in the 2-1 win over Sandnes.

Is this a good thing or a bad thing? With Leeds in the habit of selling their promising younsters will this only encorage other clubs to come in and have a look at him? Or will Leeds see through a players development this time round, and keep him at Elland Road for the long term?
