LUFC Pre season coming together
Leeds United have started to put their pre season friendly programme together and have announced three games in England.
Leeds will travel to League One opposition for their first two games before entertaining Premier League opposition at Elland Road.
The first game confirmed is a trip to Spotland to face Rochdale on Tuesday July 19th with a 7.30pm kick off.
Leeds will then travel to Yorkshire neighbours Sheffield Wednesday on Saturday July 23rd with a 1pm kick off.
Newcastle United will travel to Elland Road one week before the new Championship season, for a game on Sunday July 31st with a 2pm kick off.

So this means the pre season tour of Portugal (if thats whats happening) will be either the weekend of the 9th/10th or 16th/17th. I think it would be more likely to be 16th and 17th as we would have only just returned for pre season for the first weekend.

We will definately be going to the newcastle game, probably the Wednesday game but will be giving the Rochdale one a miss. Been there once and eaten the pie.

The last time I went to Rochdale was in about 1987, the pies were fantastic
