LUFC Nunez extends Scunthorpe stay

Leeds United striker Ramon Nunez has extended his loan deal with Scunthorpe United until the end of the season.

The Honduran international will remain with the Championship strugglers when his initial one-month loan deal finishes on Friday.

Nunez has helped Scunthorpe move to within three points of safety having secured nine points from the four games he has played in.

The 25 year old also managed to score his first goal in English football on Saturday, when he scored the winner in the crucial 2-1 win at Crystal Palace.

Given that he has already given Palace the run around at their place and scored a good goal against them would it have been beyond the realms of probablility that he could do the same again next Monday ??? Vision what vision.
