LUFC Leeds v Nottingham Forest Head To Head

Vital Leeds looks at the head to head record between Leeds United and Nottingham Forest at Elland Road through the years.

The two sides have met on 41 occasions at Elland Road with Leeds winning 19, Nottingham Forest 10 and 12 draws.

The first time the two sides met was during the 1920/21 season when they shared the points in a 1-1 draw.

Five of the first six encounters at Elland Road ended in a draw.

Leeds first win came during the 1927/28 season when they won 4-0.

Forest enjoyed their first win at the tenth attempt during the 1953/54 season, when they won 2-0.

Leeds biggest win came during the 1968/69 and 1971/72 season when they won both games 6-1.

Forest have enjoyed a 4-1 success on two occasions, during the FA Cup in 1979/80 and in the Premier League in 1992/93.

The last time the two sides met was during the 2007/08 season when they shared the points in a 1-1 draw.
