LUFC Nunez joins Championship side on loan

Leeds United midfielder Ramon Nunez has joined fellow Championship side Scunthorpe United on loan.

The Honduran who is currently away on international duty will join up with the Championship strugglers on an initial one-month`s loan.

The 25 year old has struggled to gain a regular place in the squad since signing after a successful trial in the autumn.

He has made just two substitute appearances so far and hasn`t featured since the away game at Scunthorpe United in October.

He did the same with Somma last season and we did the same with Beckford a few years back to see what they can do in a first team enviroment in the English league. If he does well then there might be a new deal for him. One point that I noticed was the words 'initial' one month loan deal.

Lets hope he gets games under his belt and S G gives him a chance to show us what he can do before the end of the season

Do we have a recall clause in this deal? Can't believe he's not really had a chance at Leeds. Think he could have done for Leeds what Gradel did when he first joined last season.
