'If It's Football, It's Vital'

LUFC Fans view v Doncaster

Tiny T gives us his usual fans view, this time after the 5-2 win over Doncaster Rovers.

Schmeichel 7

Some good stops, a mistake saw Donny draw level with a poor throw out, distribution getting better.

Lichaj 8
Good defensively, and supported Snoddy down the right with some surging runs. Can we keep him please?

O'Brien 6
Still not at his best, seems to lose concentration at key moments.

Bromby 7
A decent game considering how little he has played, even had an assist with the Becchio goal.

McCartney 6
Good going forward but relies on others too much defensively.

Snodgrass 7
Better this week but still likes to take the extra touch instead of the early delivery into the danger zone.

Howson 9 Star man
Captains performance, two good goals, always ready to get forward and started defending when we lost the ball.

Johnson 7
Solid enough and nearly scored with a thumping header.

Kilkenny 6
He`s good passing sideways or backwards, not so hot when moving it forward.

Gradel 9
Great performance, two goals and should have had more, for me just pipped by Howson for Man of the match.

Becchio 7
Another whose performance has improved, a goal, defended well at set pieces and brought others into the game.

Subs
Paynter 6

Perhaps he should bribe the others to let him score, as they seem to pick off the chances.

Naylor
Not on long enough, but Why Oh Why !!!

Watt
Not on long enough

Summary
Great going forwards, dodgy at the back, woe betide anyone who expects an easy life being a Leeds fan.
Grayson stated after the game they'd been working on defence all week, time to go back to the drawing board me thinks.
We put pressure on ourselves with lack of concentration and quality at times. When we get it right, we can be awesome, roll on Preston.

Thanks Tiny for your views.
