Paulj82 is in the hot seat for the second time this week, this time after the 1-0 home win over Coventry City.
Schmeichel 7
He had one save to make, which was a very good save. I must add.
His distribution was slightly better today also.
Connolly 7
Usual Connolly, very calm in possession and works so well with Snoddy, hope his injury isn't a bad one.
O'Brien 6
Better than Tuesday, but wasn't hard to be. He never won anything in the air as Platt is a giant.
Bruce 7
Looked very strong at the back with O`Brien and the pair can be happy with the clean sheet.
McCartney 7.5
Does this guy run on petrol?? He never stops, gets forward at every opportunity, tracks back, and does a sound job.
Snodgrass 9 Star Man
If he had more pace he would not play for Leeds United in my opinion. He was awesome again yesterday, I bet the full back had a very sleepless night last night and Westwood will have sore hands.
Howson 7
Battling display, as we have come to see from Jonny. Played in his main role towards the end of the game and he loves it, you can tell. Set up Somma's goal.
Johnson 6
Get the ball on the ground man. So many times he was hitting it in the air, better than last week though; got some good tackles in.
Gradel 6
This might get some people moaning at me! I like the guy I really do but he needs to learn how to pass when others are better placed, missed a sitter.
Becchio 5
Very bad day at the office for our leading marksman, hopefully this spell will end soon. Don`t know how he missed his two chances and by his reaction he doesn't either.
Somma 6
He didn't do much to be honest, his first touch is class, but until he scored he really didn't do much, but he scored and we got the three points, hence the six and not a five.
Kilkenny 6
Calmed the midfield down with his easy touch passing.
Bromby 6
Came on and did what Connolly did all game, very calm in possession.
Paynter....
Nothing to say really.
Summary
Easy three points gained really, they offered very little. If we wasn't goal shy for a change, we could have scored five.
Good job Kasper was on his toes near the end for the one and only chance they produced.
So overall we have three more points that are valuable, keep it up boys!
Snoddy Star man again and fully deserved.
Thanks Paul for your views, although I am sure quite a few will have an issue with your mark for Gradel.
