LUFC Snoddy earns Scotland call up
Robert Snodgrass has been called up for the Scotland squad for their Nations Cup game with Northern Ireland next week.
Snodgrass is still waiting to win his first cap for the full Scotland side having had just the one previous call up for a friendly in 2009 but was forced to pull out through injury.
The game could see Snodgrass go head to head with fellow Leeds player George McCartney who is included in the Ireland squad.
The 23 year old has been in great form recently and is currently in the running for the ESPN Championship Fans Player off the Month.
The game is to be played at the Aviva Stadium, Dublin on February 9th.
