LUFC Keeper departs Leeds
Leeds United have cancelled the contract of goalkeeper Alan Martin by mutual consent.
The goalkeeper joined from Motherwell in the summer of 2007 but failed to break into the first team during his three and a half years at Elland Road.
The 22 year old had lengthy spells on loan at Barrow and Accrington Stanley.
Martin rejoined Barrow at the start of this season before returning to Leeds at the start of January.

I think Leeds have given him more than enough opportunities to impress whilst on loan at other clubs but he's just not stepped up to the plate. He was even dropped by Barrow half way through his loan spell.
