LUFC Somma in Africa squad
Leeds United striker Davide Somma has earned his first call up to the senior South Africa squad.
Somma has enjoyed a successful start to the season scoring seven goals in twelve games and is part of the squad for their friendly against USA on Wednesday November 17th.
The 25 year old could become the second Leeds United player to represent South Africa following Elland Road legend Lucas Radebe.
He is the second player this week from Elland Road to earn a call up for his country, defender George McCartney, who is currently on loan from Sunderland earned a recall to the Northern Ireland squad for their friendly against Morocco on the same day.

I'm glad Somma got a call up for his Country...Same with McCartney...It can also be good for Leeds...Hopefully Snodgrass will get a call up too...

I think your right iwa about Snoddy, if he keeps playing the way he is he will become another Leeds player to have represented Scotland.
