LUFC McCartney staying a little longer
Leeds United have extended the loan of George McCartney by two days.
The Sunderland defender was due to go back to the Stadium of light after the game against Cardiff City on October 23rd.
The game was switched for live TV coverage recently and will now be played on the 25th so Leeds have extended his loan by two days to still include the fixture.
McCartney as played in all three Leeds games since his arrival and as quickly settled into the side.

I'd like to see him stay until at least Ben Parker is fit again. Not lloking forward to the return of Federico Buffone

Other than the silly penaltyhe gave away against Preston he has looked pretty accomplished jusdged against our other defenders of late. Like Dazza am looking forward to ben coming back. Freddie Buffoone is finished.

Only a extra two days...Wish it was much longer he's a good player Id like him to stay much longer...Two days is nothing I thought when I read it' it was a misprint...

Hopefully Sunderland find him surplus to requirements and he can stay even longer at Leeds.

Would like to see him sign long term but I am sure Sunderland would want to recoup a lot of the money they spent on him so that would rule us out.
