LUFC Barnsley v Leeds Team News

Leeds United travel to Barnsley this evening with manager Simon Grayson reporting a few players suffering with niggles after Saturday`s game.

Despite the few players carrying niggles, Grayson is expected to pick from the same squad that beat Swansea City at the weekend

Kasper Schmeichel will again be missing as he recovers from his foot injury, Shane Higgs will again deputise in goal.

Billy Paynter and Robert Snodgrass are still short of match fitness after returning to training and will play in a behind closed doors friendly earlier today, as will new signings Ramon Nunez and Amdy Faye.

Still out is long term injured Patrick Kisnorbo who is still recovering from his Achilles injury he picked up in March.

Garry O`Connor is expected to go straight into the Barnsley squad after signing on loan from Birmingham City.

Hugo Colace missed the weekend defeat at Norwich City with a calf injury and is once again expected to be missing,

Jason Shackell didn`t train yesterday after his wife gave birth on Sunday but he is expected to play.
