LUFC Barnsley v Leeds Match Officials

Former Premiership referee Steve Tanner will be the man in charge of the Yorkshire derby on Tuesday night between Barnsley and Leeds United.

The Somerset official has refereed 7 games so far and already shown 28 yellow cards and 4 reds.

Last season he took charge of 34 games, showing 111 yellow cards and 9 reds.

The last time he took charge of Barnsley was in their first home game of the season last season when he sent off Barnsley defender Rob Kozluk as they were beaten 2-0 by Coventry.

It has been over two year since he last took charge of a Leeds game when he took charge of the 1-1 draw at Northampton in February 2008.

Referee: S. J Tanner (Somerset)
Assistants: S.A Oldham & J. Simpson
Fourth Official: R. J West
