Giving Gradel a start in place of Sam, Sam was carrying a knock the other week so it looks like Grayson doesn't want to risk him either with three games in six days. I would expect Sam to be back in for either the Barnsley or Donny game.

Still don't know, was Sam dropped to the bench or is he still struggling with the injury he had a few weeks back? Can't see how he could be dropped after the way he's started the season.
