LUFC Bessone looking to improve

LUFC Bessone looking to improve

One of Simon Grayson`s summer recruits, Federico Bessone believes he`s beginning to settle in to life at Elland Road after his switch from Swansea City but still hasn`t producing his best form.

The left back has featured in all six of Leeds games so far this season but admits that he`s not been at his best, speaking on the official website, he said, "I am not playing my best yet, I am playing maybe 80-85 per cent of my best form."

He does feel that his form is improving in a Leeds shirt, "Every game I feel better," he continued.

Bessone`s next game will be against his former employees Swansea City at Elland Road on September 11th.

The Argentinian spent two seasons at the Liberty Stadium, making 38 appearances for the Welsh side during his time there. He admits it will feel strange playing against his former colleagues but is desperate for his new club to take all three points, "It`s going to be funny playing against Swansea because I know all of the players but we have to win," he continued.

It will be the first time the two sides have met since the 2007/08 season when both sides would have been promoted from League One had Leeds not suffered their fifteen point`s penalty, with Leeds finishing one point behind Swansea who went up as Champions.
