LUFC Nottingham Forest v Leeds Early Team News

Leeds United have no fresh injury worries ahead of the televised clash at Nottingham Forest on Sunday.

Still out are injured players, Patrick Kisnorbo, Ben Parker, Robert Snodgrass and Billy Paynter.

David Somma will miss the last game of his three-match suspension whilst Max Gradel served the third of his four game ban.

Alex Bruce made his debut for Leeds in midweek and will be hoping to retain his place in the starting line up ahead of skipper Richard Naylor.

Forest will definitely be without David Mcgoldrick through a shoulder injury.
They hope to welcome back Kevin Wilson after he took a knock on the ankle against Burnley on the opening day of the season which forced him to miss the midweek Carling Cup defeat at Bradford.

Leeds have sold over 4,000 tickets for the clash at the City Ground on Sunday, for those that aren`t attending the game can be seen live on Sky Sports with a 1.15pm kick off.

Will be very interesting to see just what part Somma plays when he returns from his suspension against Millwall. I have a feeling that he's not going to feature again and wouldn't be surprised to see him going out on loan before the end of August.

Could maybe be given a late run out next weekend Daz against the Binmen but for him to go out on loan we need someone in, extremely short up front.

Given SGs pre season selections it would seem Somma will at least make the bench probably at the expense of Grella (like for like) or Crowe (Bruce or Bromby could fill in at RB). SG has been saying good things about Somma and very quiet on Grella so I have a feeling hes going to give him a whirl.
erni
I hope your right erni, all the reports from pre season were that he looked very lively. If he can find the net early on I think he will do really well.

I just hope he keeps Bruce in the side in place of Naylor.
King Billy
Time for Grella to go out on loan ???
