Open The Flood Gates?

Leeds have expressed an interest in Manchester City's young hopeful with the unfortunate name ... Willo Flood.

The 21-year-old right-sided midfielder made a good impression when he broke into the Manchester City side in the 2004/05 season, but after a loan spell at Coventry last year he has failed to impress Stuart Pearce and could be on his way.

be a good signing for you, he isnt good enough for the premiership know

contrary to whatever Frank seems to think, and also what mr sweetcorn says above, Flood did well enough at coventry for his 1 month loan to be extended to 3. coventry wanted to extend it for the rest of the season, but pearce wanted him back. Flood came back to City ready to work his way back into the team but a double hernia left him out injured - and his recovery wasnt helped by a robbery at his home when he and his girlfriend were held at gunpoint he'd do well at leeds, but he'd do better fighting for his place at city

IS HE RELATED TO FORMER SHEFF UTD PLAYER OF THE 70,S, JOHN FLOOD?

I sometimes wonder if mr sweetcorn actually watches any football in this country. I think willo has looked quite capable whenever he has played in the premiership. He'll certainly be a class player in your side in the championship (2nd division in old money), if you get him.

Agree with you Green Giant! He's not good enough for the prem, but he should have enough quality to be a good Championship player!

Good championship player, should get others watching him if he's partnered well.
