Simon Grayson looks set to stick with the same side that beat Carlisle United in midweek.
Luciano Becchio replaced out of form leading goalscorer Jermaine Beckford in attack and responded by scoring two goals.
Leeds welcome back Tresor Kandol to the squad after he completed his four match suspension in midweek.
Bradley Johnson will once again be missing as he serves the last of his two match suspension.
Gillingham have a number of problems in defence with Garry Richards, Darren Dennehy and Simon King all out through injury.
Gills boss Mark Stimpson is either going to have to call on some of the clubs youngsters or play players out of position to fill the gap.
