LUFC Kandol facing four match ban

LUFC Kandol facing four match ban

Leeds United striker Tresor Kandol looks set to be suspended for four games following his second suspension of the season.

Kandol was sent off inside thirty seconds of entering the pitch on Saturday, the third fastest in Football League history.

The striker was sent off for grabbing Norwich City midfielder Daryl Russell round the throat.

Leeds boss Simon Grayson had no complaints about the decision, speaking on the official website he said "We saw it, he got the lad by the throat and once you raise your arms to anyone you give the referee an opportunity to send you off".

Kandol has only just returned to the side after being missing since the start of the year with a hamstring injury.

He was also sent off earlier in the season after the final whistle in the Yeovil game at Elland Road.
