LUFC Grayson We got bullied at times

Leeds United manager Simon Grayson was far from happy with his side`s performance after suffering back-to-back defeats for the first time this season in the home loss to Millwall.

Speaking on Sky Sports after the game Grayson said "They was far better than us, with and without the ball, we didn`t compete enough, we got bullied at times, we didn`t pass the ball around well enough and I don`t think we worked the goalkeeper throughout the 90 minutes".

The defeat moves Millwall to within three points of Leeds in the second automatic spot.

With Leeds travelling to Norwich at the weekend and Millwall facing bottom of the table Stockport County at home, the gap could be closed even further unless Leeds can find the form that saw them lead the table by eight points at the turn of the year.

Continuing Grayson said "We`ve got to roll our sleeves up and get back on the training pitch and work hard".

With Jermaine Beckford missing the game with a hamstring injury and influential defender Patrick Kisnorbo suffering an Achilles injury it was a very bad night all round for Leeds.

We should have been investing heavily in January like some of the other clubs. Instead we continued with our loan signings which is now coming back to haunt us.

By all accounts they've had extra sessions all week, that didn't help tonight.

The best team won Leeds players just dont want to know they need the same passion as the fans

The players lacked passion, desire and any sort of direction. Once again the only real attacking threat seemed to come from Snodgrass who at times seemed to try and do it all by himself. The rest of the midfield were missing.........again. The better team won!

I can't believe what is happening. At Xmas you looked home and hosed and then you meet Man Utd. You need to treat Norwich in the same way and somehow get this feeling across to your team. You are the ones to lift them if anyone can.
