LUFC Huddersfield v Leeds Match Officials

Premiership referee Kevin Friend will be the man in charge of the West Yorkshire derby between Huddersfield Town and Leeds United on Saturday.

So far this season the Leicestershire official has taken charge of 26 games showing 93 yellow cards and 6 reds.

The last time he was in charge of Huddersfield was last season when they drew 1-1 at Oldham, on that occasion he showed 6 yellow cards.

He`s already taken charge of Leeds this season when he officiated their 4-2 win at Stockport over the Christmas period, on that occasion he showed 8 yellow cards and 1 red.

Kevin Friend had an absolute stinker at Stockport in December if my memory serves me right. Can't understand why we have to Premiership officials with Wiley the fourth official, surely he'd have been better refereeing it!

Both are equally bad for us as Wiley has never given us anything. I think PL refs always think they are the stars of the show when the ref at this level. One thing is for certain and that is they cant be a lot worse than the last 3 we have had.

we have to play at the top of our game if we want to win, rubbish officials and huddersfield havent lost a game at the galpharm cmon leeds i know we can do it
