Leeds United penalty saving hero Casper Ankergren played down his save by calling it 'luck`.
Ankergren kept out Jermaine Defoe`s spot kick inside the opening ten minutes and it proved vital as Leeds battled to a 2-2 draw at Tottenham.
Speaking on ITV1 after the game Ankergren said 'You have to guess, you have to be lucky. You have to do the right thing, look at him, and I was lucky and I saved the penalty.'
The big Dane was on top of his game throughout and made some crucial saves in the opening quarter keeping out Defoe and Bale in particular with excellent saves.
He was very unlucky when he was finally beaten close to half time after making a good initial stop from Kranjcar; the rebound fell to Crouch who fired into the net with Ankergren still grounded.
He had a much easier second half with Leeds taking the game to Spur.
Once again he could do very little with the goal that eventually put Spurs back in front, Pavlyuchenko was given space in the penalty area to fire into the corner of the net.
Casper`s heroics were rewarded deep into injury time when Beckford equalised for Leeds from the penalty spot.
