'If It's Football, It's Vital'

LUFC Grayson going nowhere

Simon Grayson has told any club who might be interested in his services to 'forget it`.

His reputation as been enhanced after pulling off the result of the round in the FA Cup at the weekend, when they knocked out Manchester United 1-0 in their own back yard.

Grayson who is a life long Leeds United said 'My commitment to Leeds United has never been in question. I left Blackpool a year ago to join the football club I supported.
Leeds is a fantastic football club and I am not interested in going anywhere else.'

The 40 year old has just completed a year at Elland Road after leaving Blackpool, where he also enjoyed success, helping them win the League One play off final in 2007.

It`s been a remarkable first year at Elland Road with his side breaking two very long standing club records in the process.

They are currently eight points clear at the top of League One and with a game in hand having lost just the one game all season in the league.

There only other defeat came in the Carling Cup when they was unlucky to lose against Liverpool.

The news will be music to all Leeds fans ears after enduring a torrid few years and finally looking to have turned the corner.

Why would he want to leave Leeds, he could go down in history as one of our greatest ever managers if and when he takes us back to the Premiership.

His value goes up week by week, though I cannot see him leaving

I guenuinely think he has Leeds in his blood and it would take some fantastic opportunity to tempt him away. I feel confident this guy knows what he wants. how much he wants and how to get it.
erni
I think the fact he loves Leeds shows week in week out with how the team play. He will never let the players let the fans down. He coudl quite easily go down in history at Elland Road as one of our best ever managers.
