Kilgallon: 'Stop Nugent!'

Defender Matthew Kilgallon says Leeds must stop Preston striker David Nugent if they want to make it the Premiership.

Kilgallon watched as Nugent produced a brilliant individual goal during the first leg of the play-off semi-final at Elland Road on Friday.

Kilgallon: 'Nugent is a great player and going past people and putting the ball in the back of the net is what he does best.

'He picked the ball up, went at us aggressively and finished it off brilliantly for his goal.

'There are going to be great battles all over the pitch again on Monday but Nugent is definitely the main man for Preston.

'I've played with him at England Under-21 level and I know what he's capable of.

'It won't be long before he is in the Premiership.'

'The Premiership is where we belong and hopefully we can get ourselves back in there.

'This is a massive club and the fans, who are so passionate, deserve to see us in the Premiership.'
